Oral-B Money Back Guarantee

We hope you’ll love your Oral-B electric toothbrush. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee and receive a full refund for your used electric toothbrush.

100-Day Money Back Guarantee

From 1 October 2026, our Money Back Guarantee will increase from 30 days to 100 days.

The guarantee applies to Oral-B electric toothbrushes purchased from any retailer.

Electric toothbrushes returned before 1 October 2026: Your return must be received within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
Electric toothbrushes returned on or after 1 October 2026: Your return must be received within 100 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

What products are covered?

Our Money Back Guarantee applies to electric toothbrushes only.

The following products are excluded from the guarantee:

Toothbrush heads and refills
Toothpaste
Floss

How to claim

Please return the complete product to the appropriate address below. Your return must include:

1. Your Oral-B electric toothbrush, including all toothbrush heads, accessories and the charging unit supplied in the original box.

2. Your original proof of purchase. If you purchased the product online, please include a printed copy of your digital receipt.

3. A letter containing the following information:

Your full name and address, including postcode
Product/model purchased
Date of purchase
Purchase price
Reason for returning the product

Your refund

Once we have received and processed your return, a cheque for the value of the product will be sent to the name and address provided with your claim.

Please allow up to 28 days from the date we receive your product for your cheque to arrive.

We suggest you obtain proof of postage.

This offer is open to all residents in the UK and ROI aged 18 years and over.

The offer is limited to a single application per household. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.

The product can be purchased from any retailer and the value on the receipt must be listed in GBP (£) or EUR (€).

To claim, please return to one of the above mentioned addresses:

your qualifying Oral-B product (with all refills/accessories/charging unit included in the box)

your proof of purchase (original receipt)

a letter detailing; your name and full address (incl. postcode), product/model purchased, date of purchase, purchase price and reason for return.

Returns received later than 30 days for purchases made before 1st October 2026 or later than 100 days for purchases made on or after October 1st 2026 will be rejected.

Incomplete, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed returns and /or their contents.

The qualifying Oral-B product being returned must appear on the receipt. If the product is not detailed on the receipt or the applicant does not have a receipt, the application will not be processed.

Oral-B will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of one qualifying Oral-B product purchased, as evidenced by the receipt.

A cheque to that value will be sent to the name and address supplied. Please allow 28 days after we have received your product at the return address, for your cheque to arrive.

The refund amount does not include postage costs for the return of the qualifying Oral-B product.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
