Wisdom teeth pain can be relieved with a combination of over-the-counter pain relievers, home remedies, and professional dental care. Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or paracetamol acetaminophen can help manage pain. Or natural remedies such as saltwater, ice packs, or clove oil.

However in many cases this relief is temporary because it doesn’t address the underlying conditions such as impacted or infected wisdom teeth. Only a dental professional can offer the help that results in a permanent solution to the pain.
